Katelin E Bartles – Bankruptcy Attorney

Katelin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating with an emphasis in Business Law and Entrepreneurship.

In law school, Kate served as the President of the Women’s Law Caucus and Vice President of the Agricultural Law Society. She was a repeat Dean’s List recipient and received a CALI Award for achieving the top grade in Workplace Law.

Also in law school, Kate externed at the 4th Judicial District where she served under Judges presiding over Family Law, Child Protection, and Civil Protection matters. She also worked in the law school’s Taxpayer Clinic, where she represented low income clients in their disputes against the IRS. In her third year, Kate externed with the J.R. Simplot legal team.

Before attending law school, Kate was a business major participating in numerous campus activities. Kate held multiple leadership roles within student government, the center for volunteerism, and her sorority. Kate previously worked in internal audit for Albertsons Companies and human resources at the J.R. Simplot Company.

In addition to practicing law, Kate enjoys spending time with friends and family. Throughout the year she loves skiing, golfing, and hiking. Kate also likes painting and sewing, but prefers not to show off her questionable skills at both those hobbies.

Mitch Gardner – Bankruptcy Attorney

Mitch graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2016 with a BA in Political Science. He then attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor Degree in 2019.
